We purchased a bed from Mr. Watkins oh he did everything to sale the merchandise. The bed arrives it's the wrong bed this was Saturday he said the new bed would be here on Tuesday. We went to the store on Monday to see what time the next day the bed would arrive and he forgot to order it Saturday so it would be a week no phone call or anything. Then we were over charged 439.00 he promised 2 weeks ago to take care of this. We watch our money close someone not knowing may not have caught it and paid the extra money. I wouldn't buy an air mattress from this man. Horrible horrible customer service.
