Waste of money and no support

    I agree turned in warranty. Called was told had not received response. Don said he would check and return call. Week later no response then get voice mail stating don't have my claim. When I called Don he said he was with customers and would call me back. I told him he could have called me a week ago and told me. He said sorry I was angry and hung up on me.

    Salesman DJ in Derby Kansas likes to include a clause in the sale that will prevent you from being able to exchange or return it should you be unhappy with that which you just purchased. This is not mandatory he just does this because in 20 plus years in the business hasn't figured out that taking care of the customer is in his interest as well.. Dum Dum
