Not true at all!!!
I would not of took my time to post it if it was not true....I still have a crappy squeaky foundation on my bed set that does not match my mattress and Mr. Lawrence has never called or emailed me about this after I took the time to take the pictures and emailed them to him about this and the problems I was having about the threading coming loose on the mattress and he assured me something would get done about this and never did. Every time I tried to follow up with him on this he never returns my calls or is not ava.

Well to make an extremely long story short. We sell products to a customer (you) but we do not make the product. So if there is a problem of it falling apart that is an issue with the manufacturer not the mattress retailer. We do back our product and we will help expedite the warranty process, however we do hold the right to refuse to help any customer especially if these customers are rude to us. At this point I recommend you contact the manufacturer of your product. Thank you.
