The management will not stand behind their product when it is defective.
Eric says he will take care of it but 30 days later, I am still waiting for a replacement
Foundation that squeaks every time I get in or out of bed. I paid for quality but did not receive quality.

    I know just how you feel.They did me the same way I paid over 2000.00 for my bedroom set from them and my foundation is not the one that was shown with my mattress when I saw it in the store.It doesn't even match.My night stand was damaged in shipment and they wanted me to keep it but I refused so after about 3 weeks I finally got a new on. And yes I know what you mean about the foundation squeeking. It is about to drive me crazy.I called and complained and it does no good they are nice on the phone and act like they are going to do something for you but you never hear from them again and when you try to get a hold of Mr Lawrence one of the so called owners he will never return your calls or emails.This company is nothing but a bunch of rip offs.I tell everyone I know that they do not stand behind what they sell and are very good at avoiding you.I will never buy from them again and no one I know will either.Crappy company and owners and products do not buy from them...
