Very bad service. Eric will say anything to sell a mattress but has nothing to say when it's not delivered on time. Or the fact that the mattress doesn't fit the bottom box. I called so many times I have the number on speed dial. After 21 days still no correct box and doesn't appear to be coming in the near future. But Eric if your reading this you better get on the phone to somebody and make my purchase right...I won't go away.
