treated well in the store. no pressure, either to purchase, or just hurry into a decision when we were trying to decide. delivery and setup was timely and the guys that did it were great. bought a mattress there years ago and it served us well, so we thought we'd try them again before we ordered over the 'net on one of those 100 day trials - glad we did, as we managed to get at least as good a setup as I was researching, saved a few bucks, and was able to support a local biz during the pandemic lockdown.
