I live way out in the country and worried about delivery cost and availability. I didn't think it was possible and I was stressed out about how I was going to have to rent a truck to pick up a new mattress.... My Sales Rep Ken was amazing and was able to order the mattress and adjustable frame that I wanted and best of all, he set me up for delivery. Now, I'm just angry that I waited so long before reaching out to them. My whole experience took about 10 minutes over the phone. Ken was very helpful and professional. He went above and beyond for me and I will recommend him to averyone I know that needs a mattress.
