Our salesperson seemed terrific and promised our delivery would be on a specific day. The mattress delivery date is especially important when you are moving into a new home and have no existing mattress and are trying to coordinate your move-in date with your mattress delivery date.
The first delivery date came and went with no delivery.
The second delivery date (days later) came and went with no delivery.
A third delivery date (days later) is now scheduled. We'll see if they manage to keep their word on that promise.
The salesperson after the sale seemed especially uncaring and unhelpful, other than putting us back on the schedule for the next available delivery date.
Mattress Firm is great at selling you a mattress, but horrible (and seemingly unconcerned) about actually delivering it.
