I was scammed into paying for a mattress cover I did not want by being told it was free. Mattress not the one I tried in store. Too firm and feels like no padding in it at all. I told them I have neuropathy and had to have a less firm one like the one I sampled in the store. Received a different type. Want my money back or another less firm mattress. Need solution due to this being medically-related. I have nothing else to sleep on nor any more money since I was charged $500.00 for a $199.00 Mattress and cover.
