They are giving away free adjustable bases they do not have, and are 3 months out of stock on. We paid for haul away and they refused to haul away. Delivery drivers left without a notice and left our front door hanging open. We were told they would take our box spring and frame, and the delivery team refused. Now we have a mattress on the floor and have to wait three weeks at a minimum for the base. That also leaves us with a pile of mattress and box spring on our front lawn we cant remove for at least a week. Totally UNACCECTABLE!!! All of this after waiting 6 weeks for our new mattress....
