I recently visited Mattress Firm on Saturday June 21st and wanted to take a minute to recognize probably one of the best floor sales professionals I have ever worked with - Chase. I have been in the staffing industry for over 25 years and have talked to and worked with a lot of people in Chase's position. His ability to engage people, truly work through their needs, describe and recommend the right product, and make sure you don't feel pressured to buy was outstanding. I would highly recommend that Chase gets an opportunity to grow his career in the field as he has exceptional customer experience skills but also has the capabilities to teach others how to truly provide that experience to their customers.
