Sadly pathethic customer service in Plano, Texas

I visited both Mattress Firm and Sleep Center on Central Expy. access road. They are all the same outfit. I was at both numerous times. My final thoughts, after much consideration, is that these people are truly and really dishonest, and should not even be in business. But I imagine they are getting snuffed out by online mattress sales, which are less expensive, and most certainly by Nebraska Furniture on Highway 121 in The Colony Texas. They are under-performing the stiff competition.
There was a warranty issue with my expensive Stearns and Foster Lux Hybrid....EXPENSIVE!..... that this company refused to take responsibility, and even to take a second look at the claim.
Ultimately, the District or Regional Manager, someone called Jake, never even gave me a call to discuss my side of the claim and dissatisfaction for a mattress that failed to perform well, after only 8-9 months. This story goes on and on, and I was insistent and persistent about getting a fair settlement. I am now $2,700.00 lost from an inferior product.
I am not one to complain, and seldom write online reviews, but, this may be the worst company and it's representatives that I have ever spoken with over the last 30 years. Do yourself a grand favor, and do business at Nebraska Furniture. I had an excellent salesman who knew his business, AND the prices are much better. Thanks for reading.
