The sales person was a very fast talker and he either failed to remember or chose to ignore several of my key criteria. He made several inaccurate statements regarding product information on a manufacturer's website. I stated up front I was only looking and had a very limited amount of time. When I said I needed to leave he kept pressuring me to make a decision by using high pressure sales tactics. I have no confidence in Mattress Firm and will not be returning.
