I received a wrong mattress and the very friendly knowledgeable sales person, Albert Williams, and the warehouse personnel were on top of things and made sure I received the mattress that I thought I was purchasing, but then they went above and beyond that and for my trouble upgraded my mattress !!! This means so very much in the world today where it’s hard to get good quality or good service! A mattress is a huge purchase and they made it easy. The two delivery personnel were the most friendly I’ve ever experienced.
