I purchased a mattress last March, it’s not even a year old and it is lumpy and is saggy. Went through all their hoops with photos etc for them to tell me it’s normal wear and tear! Since when is a lumpy saggy mattress normal wear and tear that’s not even a year old! Buyer beware! They don’t stand by their products even though the mattress says it has a 10 year warranty! Stay away!
