Scammers! Don’t buy a mattress from this store!

Do not shop at Mattress Firm in Mckinney. On November 19th, 2020, I purchased a mattress from them. It was scheduled to arrive tomorrow on 12/7/2020. I had not heard from them as to the time of delivery so I called them on Saturday. I was told I would receive a call from them today (Sunday) letting me know the time. Well, that call came. They informed me the mattress I ordered was out of stock until January 7th, 2021, but they had another one similar. The only problem is that it’s more expensive. They want more money. So I wasted time waiting on these people while I could have already had a mattress. I have read other negative comments. I posted on Facebook and was surprised at how many people had problems with this store. Never again will I do business with Mattress Firm. I canceled my order. I was also told by Karen at the store that I would
receive a cancellation and a refund notification today. I have not received either of those as of yet. I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow along with copies of all Facebook negative comments. Sheila Morrow
