Untrained "sales" staff. Their job is to SELL and make numbers... the hell with the comfort of the customer. The HUGE inventory in the side room of returns should have been a big clue... they call it a way to guarantee your comfort -- being able to swap for an equal priced or higher priced mattress.... what they neglect to tell you-- that the warranty magically disappears after you have a comfort swap...too bad for the consumer.......worse than the old used car industry before they had lemon laws... they need that same legislation for mattresses
