I'm going to start this review by saying after I posted the body of this review to Google I was called by the owner, Adam, and insulted and told never to set foot in his store. I had a bad experience with him and asked for a refund until a salesperson at the store called and apologized for his actions and she would make sure the things he promised and went back on were followed through with.

I bought my mattress at the Abercorn location and it was a great experience. Helpful and courteous staff. The issues arose when the franchise owner at the Bluffton location became the point of contact.

Ordered a mattress and was promised a delivery of April 3rd. Was told due to the virus the delivery would be delayed a couple weeks and I was very understanding. 3 weeks later I gave them a call and was told it would be delivered that week. There were some issues and was told it would be out that next week. It was not and I was told it would be the next week. This happened for 3 weeks and finally today I called and the owner, Adam, was rude and short with me. When I called back and asked how I could file a complaint to the saleswoman he called me back and said he would not be issuing the protector he promised because I told his employee he was rude. I told him I wanted a refund and began searching for a new mattress. The service I have received has been the worst sales experience of my life. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere for your mattress.
