Most customers are buying mattresses and bed frames every 8-10 years, so one would think that a mattress company would relish the opportunity to gain a new customer. Instead, it is more than clear that their new customer mantra is "ONCE THEY PAY, MAKE THINGS AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE FOR THEM". And they certainly live up to this mantra!

If you're thinking about buying a mattress or a bed frame, NEVER PURCHASE ONE FROM MATTRESS BURN. If anything, go into their store, find a product you like, and then purchase it from anywhere else.

Luckily, we got out within two days of our purchase since neither their indifferent delivery drivers, useless customer service reps, nor rude store employees could get their act together.

Furthermore (again back to that new customer mantra above), YOU'RE UNABLE TO SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. When you call and press the option for customer service, you receive a recorded message that they only allow customer service through an online form.

Again, BUY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!
