Mattress Firm Review

We had a great experience shopping at the Alabaster Mattress Firm location. Dixie greeted us when we walked in, asked the right questions and quickly pointed us to different mattress options that fit our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable about every product we tried, brought us pillows to use and encouraged us to lay on the beds as we normally would at home. Dixie wasn’t pushy which I sincerely appreciated and answered all our questions thoroughly.

Initially we didn’t plan on buying anything that day, but options tested were competitively priced, even when compared to Costco and Macy’s. We finally decided on the (king size) Beautyrest PressureSmart™ 2.0 Lux Firm Pillow Top (an amazing bed). When it was time to purchase, Dixie looked at options to help us save more $, which we definitely appreciated given this was a fairly big ticket item. Delivery didn’t cost much extra and they took our old mattress. Again, overall great experience and we look forward to working with Dixie when we buy the next mattress for our son.
