Owner and salesman were very unprofessional and didn't deliver the product we ordered and paid for in full at time of purchase. Very dishonest business and felt like we did not get treated fairly as a customer. Not to mention, we now have an 18 in scratch in new hardwood floors from their delivery that is costing us 2500 to fix. They did not take responsibility for the damage they did to our new floors. Wasn't there when they came, and was there when they delivered. Go elsewhere, this is a very dishonest, unprofessional business. Our entire experience was miserable.

    I dont understand how wood floors could get scratched. All new mattress's come sealed in a heavy plastic from the manufactures and mattress are covered in cloth material with nothing sharp that could scratch anything. Also box springs have a plastic tab on the ends and also come sealed in plastic for delivery. I don't understand how cloth and plastic could scratch HARDWOOD floors and would need complete refinishing.

    matress was not covered and they obviously didnt pay attention to what they were doing. takes a lot to scratch hardwood...obviously their lack of professionalism and disregard for others property means nothing to them.
