Company charged me three times for the product. Did not deliver the product on the scheduled date. I had to load the mattresses on my Prius and drive them home myself because they said there was hold on my bank account even though the money had been removed from my account three days prior. Store personnel was unaware a customer could even order online however, when you call customer service they tell you you must contact the local store to resolve delivery/billing issues. Finally, after 18 phone calls to store and headquarters,22 days later, I still have not received a refund of the charges and personnel are no longer returning my phone calls. This site will not allow me to give "0" stars for service/expertise, but that is my true rating.
