The defective mattress and being ignore by the store manager and the Sealy Company being ignored and treated so badly by everyone that I contacted and received no satisfaction

After purchase I discovered that the mattress slopped downward into the center of the mattress. I notified the store salesman, manager, and customer support. I was, and have been treated horribly! Both the San City, CA store and Sealy Mattress have ignored, and provided me compensation. My health is also being affected due to sleeping on a defective mattress. Consequently, I’m left with a defective mattress and with no money to purchase another mattress. My advice: DO NOT go near a Sealy or San City, CA Mattress Firm Store.
