IT'S NOT THE STORE . . . it's the POOR quality of the product. WORST mattress I've ever owned. I'd return it AGAIN if iI could. Uncomfortable, sags, sinks . . . JUST ABOUT THE WORST MATTRESS I'VE EVER BOUGHT.
A N D . . . salesman lied to me about price and other things. Price was much more than he told me on the phone. Really an awful mattress. Garbage when I move. I'll keep my old mattress (12 years) that still looks like new!
