I had purchased a electric bed for my mom from the prior store at that location. I called and Chris Gorgone went above and beyond. Although I am not a customer he went as far as finding an invoice (from 2012) to emailing me that, a phone number to contact and even followed up by phone to make sure I rec'd it. He could have said "Sorry" not our problem. When in need of a new bed I will be going to him and that store. Thank you Chris. If this is how they treat non customers just imagine how great it will be to become a customer. Kat L.
