If I had originally gone to Clemson Mattress I would have saved $400. Michael at Clemson Mattress came to my rescue. He asked questions and listened closely to my answers, ultimately guiding me towards a bed that would fill my needs and was well within my budget. I came back two more times to try out the beds until I made my decision and he was always there to answer my questions WITHOUT hovering. When the manufacturer delayed delivery of my bed by a week I was devastated because it meant I would have to sleep on an air mattress, which would cause my herniated disc to flare up. Fortunately, Michael and Justin saved the day and loaned me a comparable bed to sleep on until my new bed came, FOR FREE!! Thank you for your exceptional customer service and for protecting me from back pain.
