The dust cover was torn on my box spring when I received it. I called the store to report it and was told I could just tear it off because it serves no purpose. I also asked if I could swap it for a low profile box spring because this one has my bed too high. I was told I would have to pay an additional $100.00 to do this. The mattress and box spring had only been in my house for ten minutes and Mr. Chip is asking for more money and not trying to compromise or anything. I was not explained the different in box springs height when I made the purchased. He was rude and not very helpful at all because he had already made the sale. Make sure you deal with Sarah or Tabitha if you go to the store in Pearl, Mississippi. Let's not forget that the dust cover on my NEW BOX SPRING IS TORN WHEN IT IS DELIVERED but I need to pay another $100.00 to swap it out for another one. I guess money comes first and the customer is second to him.
