DON’T SHOP HERE! I received my mattress this past Tuesday, which by the way was filthy. No apologies for the inconvenience, no let me send a new one out, no nothing. After going back and forth with the local salesperson, I finally spoke to the store manager today. That was a total joke. Talking to him was like talking to air. The only thing he could tell me was that a new mattress would be sent out, but unfortunately not on one of my off days. Now I have to wait an additional week and a half for a mattress that’s already paid for to get delivered. He offered NOTHING for the inconvenience, and actually thought it was funny. If I were you, I WOULD NOT purchase from this store. Who knows, they may send you a dirty mattress as well!!!
