Was satisfied until I realized the full size mattress and box spring I chose was too small for my guest room. I asked to swap for a queen and was refused by phone by salesperson on duty that day. Mine was off for 2 days. I went into the store in person to speak with my salesperson. She also refused and stated she had TOLD ME I COULD NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE at the time if purchase. She absolutely DID NOT tell me no exchanges. I am disgusted with the unprofessional manner in which I was treated and plan to share my experience with friends and relatives. What ever happened to customer service. Telling a lie just to make a sale creates ill will and destroys the potential for building a successful business. Shame on them!!!
