Very unpleasant experience with these people. Be sure to have the salespeople put everything in writing. First, the mattress set was delayed for days. Then, when they finally did deliver it, it was not the same as the one in the store. To make a long story short, we were told we could get a FULL refund, then they reneged and said weâd have to pay a 25% restocking fee and a pick up fee. This was not posted in the store, it is not stated on the receipt, nor were we told that in advance. We have filed a complaint with the BBB but Mattress Direct would not reply to them. BBB dropped their rating to D-. I have seen other complaints online about similar problems with them. We are going to pursue this further. We would never recommend them.
