I purchased a mattress over a month ago. The sheets that were sent to me were the wrong color. Vincent was my sales rep. He was great getting the sale but the "after the sale" customer service has been abhorrent. Even the owner, Lee Burns, hasn't followed through with any promises. I was guaranteed the correct sheets would be delivered and they did not come as promised. No call or anything. It's nearly impossible to call into the store as no one answers the phone. I will NEVER do business with them again.
