Not very helpful after the sale all i wanted to was exchange it for another mattress that was not so lumpy and wanted a firm one even if the one i bought said it was firm. You can feel when your sleeping partner makes even the slightest movement on the other side of the bed. I thought for a 1300.00 mattress was going to be the best! Horrible horrible customer service and Mattress.
