I purchased a mattress a couple of months ago. It sunk two weeks later. It took a month and a half to resolve the issue. Their policies suck. I had to pay another delivery fee for no fault of my own. The replacement mattress, I had to buy my own Warranty which was an extra $100.00 on top of the delivery fee which was $70.00. Not happy. Although, the sale clerks were professional.
