We had to return are mattress a week after we got it. It was dirty and i keep rolling off it. After waiting about 2 weeks they gave us a new one that is not the one we bought. After about3 days the plastic ends on the bed rails broke and we have been waiting for a month and have not heard anything. And they will not answer there phone

This comment is for the Location that used to be in Knoxville on Kingston Pike (post is from 2010.) These were a franchise at that time. That location is no longer in business. THIS Sevierville, TN location is locally owned and no longer a franchise. Charles R from LaVergne, TN did not purchase from this locaiton.
