I have special needs because of medical issues. The salesperson was very helpful and patient with me. He took his time and asked lots of questions before showing me anything. He gave me information to consider that I never would have thought about. I purchased a Sealy Hybrid with a Sealy Ease base that lowers and raises both head and feet. I couldn't be happier.
