I am a thrity-nine year old female and I can honestly say this is the WORST experience I have EVER had in purchasing a product. My husband I purchased a queen bed and specifically asked to have the split box springs since we could not get a single up the stairs and into our room. When we came to pick up the bed, the wrong box spring was ordered. The owner said he would have to charge us an additional $75.00 to get the split springs. I then said we would just purchase the mattress and I would look for box springs somewhere else for less. He said he woulod not sell us the mattress since his "profit" was in the box springs! At this point, I have no bed or box springs and a $639.00 charge on the credit card that I am now arguing with him to refund. He was so rude I had to walk my four year old daughter outside!!! Needless to say, I have registered a complaint with the BBB and will continue to write negative reviews about this experience. Please don't shop here!!!!
