Kind, competent people that obviously believe that it means more to them to create a truly great customer experience than to just make a sale. 100% recommend KC Mattress City for purchases large or small. Prices are competitive with the big corporate box stores, but this is a local family, and it is obvious that they care. My wife feels the same way.
