Superior customer service experience!

I’m over 60+ and I’ve shopped many retail stores over the years but when we came into Mattress City we didn’t expect to receive such an amazing overall experience. I could tell it was very different from the start since they don’t work on commission. I did not feel they were trying to upsell me but asked me several questions about my sleep habits etc. and had me lay down on what would fit me best. They know their stuff! I love the fact that Mattress City is a locally owned family run business. I’m trying to do my part and support local business as much as possible today. Emily the owners daughter actually helped me along with Joseline. They were fantastic. If you want the best in customer service with no pressure you need to check this company out. There Google reviews are what brought me in, in the first place. They really are the best in my opinion. Their delivery crew was also top notch! I love coming across companies like this who really understand how to take care of customers. We will recommend them to everyone we know! Thank you Mattress City. Keep up the great job!
