I have been reading a few of these comments They are not good and regrettably I feel the same way. I did purchase a mattress at Ashley's and it was to hard. We went through the exchange process and it was ridicules. We were told that we had to buy their mattress cover and a pillow to qualify for a return. We had to sleep on the mattress for 30 days and at the end of the 30 days we had to take a picture of the mattress stripped and a tag. We are in our mid 80's and we do not know how to do this. Had to call my daughter to come over and help
Now it was time for delivery Two young men delivered the new mattress and a frame for it. I ordered a frame with wheels. The packaging looked like it had been opened and sure enough their was no wheels. We drove to the distribution center and told them we wanted an exchange for the frame. It seems as though it had been discontinued and they didn't have any wheels anywhere. So I am sitting in my house with the mattress leaning against the bedroom wall and I am expecting company from Houston over Thankgiving Holidays I hope I have enough sense to stay as far away from Ashley's in Owasso as I CAN GET. Oh yeah there is the part about being a member at the store for only $139.00 and if u do not cancel this they will continue to charge u for it every year and evidently if u are not a member u do not get to return your mattress
