Let me start by saying that when I was a kid the only damage to our family couch in the 16 or so years we had it was man made. There was very little to no wear and tear after 16 years. Granted that was a few years but is it to much to expect a couch bought to last more than two years. And it was nothing I did. The extensive damage is simply the couch falling apart. I think a couch, that I only sat and laid down should last more than two years. Its probably to late for a refund but I wanted people to know that furniture form this store does not last all that long or certainly not as long as stuff made 25 years ago. In any case if you want a long lasting item go somewhere else.
