We purchased a king size mattress set. We also purchased a small bedside table. The sales lady was very helpful and friendly. She was very pleased to sell us the items. We paid for the items to be delivered. The bed side table did not fit the space so we returned it the next day. The manager told us it was store policy not to accept any returns due to Covid. It was not mentioned or disclosed they would not accept returns when we purchased the table. They said it was stated on the back of the invoice but it was not mentioned at the initial purchase. There was not one word saying due to Covid they would not accept returns on the invoice. We looked around the store for any signs stating they would not accept returns. We asked if anything was posted. There was not. I’m very happy we didn’t purchase a living room set or dining room table that didn’t work for our space. That would’ve been a huge issue if there was no option to return it. So you are stuck with your purchase at Marquis. Beware!!! No returns or exchanges. They do not disclose it. We asked them how Covid was such a big deal to them as we had on masks and not one of the four sales people had on a mask. Now I know why people prefer to shop in OKC.
