I have visited this store three times over the last two weeks as I furnish a new house. All three experiences have been poor, but today's experience was completely unacceptable.
I wanted to purchase a $639 (living room) chair - pay for it and take it home - as one would expect. Instead, the staff of this store wanted me to pay for the chair and then leave it because they had "no one to load it" into my truck. They wanted me to return during a convenient time (for them) to pick up my paid for chair, yet there were FOUR workers in the showroom - all behind the counter unwilling to load it into my vehicle. I could have easily done so myself, but was told "we cannot allow it."

I left and bought the exact same chair at a different location today along with 2 other items.

I originally wanted to purchase a bedroom set ($1700), but the headboard was "in the store room" and not able to be viewed. They were unwilling to allow me to view what I wanted to purchase, but instead showed me a black and white printout of the headboard and asked if I wanted it. I declined that sale. I will view it in person at the Stillwater location and buy it there if I like it. The Stillwater staff, in comparison, is accommodating and extremely professional.
