I laid on wonderful bed sold repurpose with a promise of painful Warrenty still held the same. Lies. From first week I called and complained to be told salesman not in store no calls back. I continued to call and complain for a year to no response other then if it has a 2 inch dip will look into it but the warranty does not stand. WHAT I took notes and each time we spoke in the promises that they would replace the mattress yet all they do is deny and won't help. I'm disabled I save that money for many years it cost me $3200 I might as well of turning up and thrown to the wind. I'm shocked I really believed the manager of the store I thought no one could get one over on me. Lastly the mattress I received is not the same color and I can't find one looks like this online they're all white my heirloom is blue????
News channel in San Francisco is considering taking my case on tv. Since I can't get the salesman to care.
