Because mattress shopping is so painful, I called to order a second kid's mattress like the one I bought from them a year before. They complied but failed shipped me a private label mattress from an unknown brand. When I called them to complain, they didn't think they needed to tell me that they had switched from Serta to no-name brand for their private label kids line. When I told them the transaction felt to me like a bait-and-switch operation, the manager told me that the sale rep in question would never compromise his integrity for such a small transaction. Presumably, they try to keep the lying to transactions over $1,000!
