My son needed a new mattress. He had done his research on the various brands: Sealy, Serta, Tempur-pedic. We went to Mancini's first and met Suni Nutakki. She was very nice, not pushy, and asked my son a lot of questions on his sleep preferences. She showed us a special computerized system that was tied into a mattress that my son laid down on. It took his body measurements and where his pressure points were.The system recommended a firm mattress. My son has chronic back issues and after trying several different makes and model, he settled on a firm Tempur-pedic. We were quoted a price, and delivery schedule. We enjoyed the entire experience with Suni. Not once did we feel she was not being honest with us, or didn't know her product lines. We did leave to scout out 3 other stores, but none of them could match the professionalism and sincerity of Suni. We returned that same day and placed our order. We got delivery next day, and also two pillows as our bonus. We appreciated the support we received when we encountered a problem in our delivery. Suni was very helpful and I did not have to spend time justifying why I was calling. She ensured the sale and the after sale was as customer focused as possible. Too many times, sales people go all out to win you for the initial sale but forget about the importance of service after the sale. Suni was very professional on this point and this is why we would recommend her to our friends and family without hesitation. Thank you Suni!
