First Mancini's brought the wrong headboard. Had another all day appt. brought headboard and drawers and then the drawers were broken. Another all day appt. brought correct drawers still slightly damaged, kept them anyway. Mancini's put our old bed in the garage (since they have free disposal of old bed) and did not leave the hardware. We had the old bed sold on craigslist for $150, but the buyer did not want it because there was no hardware. Mancini's said they would not do anything to compensate us. Unbelievable! They would not even discount us a little bit of what we are out from the $1,200.00 bed we just bought from them! Contacted corporate and left a message, no call back. Sent an e-mail, no response. They even said they would take our old bed and dump it for us and set up appointments every day for 3 days and never showed up until we just gave up and took care of it ourselves. We were not unreasonable in the slightest, but Mancini sleep world is! Beware!
