These guys are a big zero. They will not back the factory warranty, I cannot even get them to return my call. They are like white on rice when you go looking but try finding them when you have a problem, and you WILL. Paying close to $2500 doesn't mean a thing. Either does the 25 year warranty. I will tell everyone I know not to patronize such a racket. I have always honored my word which is a foreign concept to this bunch. Stick with a department store not a mattress store. When all is said and done I should have had my mattress' custom made. There is nothing worse than a bad night sleep, oh except when you have paid a lot of money for it.
