The owner appeared quite knowledgeable about his products. After the purchased I received the mattress and box springs & I reported within a two week window how dissatisfied I was with the bed. The owner instructed me to be patient and give it time for my body to become used to the mattress. I reached out again at 4 1/2 weeks telling him that my back hurt like it has not hurt before and that I was really dissatisfied with the mattress. He indicated he would see what he could do regarding a topper etc. I have never heard back from the owner. I would not refer or do business with this person again.
