When I walk in the store I wasn't greeted by the lady or guy. I guessed the guy decided to come after noticing the lady didn't move. I have never experience this type of sales person before. He came over and basically trying to force mattresses on me instead of showing everything that they had which was not much at all. After he couldn't convince me on what he wanted to sale he decided to get an attitude and then just walked off. He was very rude and prejudiced. I've heard that this store in Cleveland, Ms. wasn't the best store to shop at for anything. I'm surprised they are still in business.

It was over 25 years ago when I moved from Cleveland, MS. I was surprised at the service I received back then when buying furniture at the Cleveland Mallette store. But to have this kind of customer service to still exist in that particular store today is unbelievable and plain sad.
