This store took advantage of my elderly mother and uncle! When I went to speak with the owner, Max Mallette, he aggressively refused to answer my questions about the shady transaction. He did not provide an itemized invoice for the sale and the price listed on the floor did not match the price charged for the furniture! This is probably a practice they have been using in the Cleveland community for years and I would not be surprised if this has happened to numerous people in the area!! Stop letting them take advantage of our families!!
